Roy Briley Association Management was founded in 2002. Our company was established with a mission to focus on the management of homeowners' associations of condominiums, planned unit developments, and single-family homeowners' associations. We currently manage approximately 70 associations within the Southcentral Alaska region.
Our qualified managers provide professional assistance to the association's Board of Directors. We work diligently to accomplish their goals and objectives and provide accurate and timely information through prompt and proficient services.

ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT DUTIES

Keeping an accurate record of homeowner occupancy.

Assistance to the Board in setting up and conducting annual meetings.

Enforcement of house rules and policies in a fair and consistent manner as directed by each association’s unique bylaws.

Preparation and distribution of correspondence and notices.

Assistance to associations in qualification for FHA and VA lending standards.

Assistance to the Board in obtaining a reserve study.

Attendance of Board of Directors' meetings as well as annual meetings.

Assistance in processing insurance claims.

Assistance to the Board of Directors in establishing and monitoring a preventive maintenance program for the common areas.

Assistance to the Board of Directors in obtaining bids and negotiating with vendors for outside services.

Preparation and distribution of resale certificates and escrow information per state law.
