Diane Kellar - Finance Director
​Diane was raised in a military family which allowed her to grow up all over the country. As an adult she finally made her way to Alaska, and she knew she had finally found her forever home. She is a proud mom of five adult kids whom she raised in Alaska, and they have blessed her with four amazing grandbabies. Diane's family is truly her pride and joy. She has spent the majority of her career working in non-profit accounting and community service jobs. As a former firefighter she fully understands the meaning of community and service to others. Diane brings her skills and knowledge to our team with the sincere goal of helping all of our homeowners to feel confident and happy in our management of your HOA.
Danielle Schwab - General Manager
Danielle is an East Coast native who has called Alaska home for nearly 20 years. A mother of six, she transitioned from several years in property management to HOA management and brings 10 years of customer service experience to her work. She enjoys time with family, traveling, hiking, and cooking—and she loves Alaska’s sunshine-filled summers.

Joy Nilsson-Green - Association Manager
Joy is a lifelong Alaskan born and raised in the Bethel area. She began working for Roy Briley in 2022, after transitioning from many years spent in the healthcare management industry. Often complimented for her upbeat personality, she takes pride in her approach to customer-oriented service. When not at work, she is generally found spending time with family, reading, or working on projects around the house. In the summer months she enjoys spending time outside fishing, working on yard projects, camping, and foraging.
