Owner and Founder

Roy is a proud member of the ethical group “Real Estate Professionals of Alaska.” Roy is licensed to sell real estate and is licensed in all four insurance categories; Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Roy holds series 6 & 63 securities licenses, which are nationally recognized licenses authorizing the sale and purchase of certain investment products.

Jocelyn Lopez - General Manager

Jocelyn Lopez is a Bilingual Property Manager at Roy Briley Association Managers. She is an accomplished Manager offering 8 years of professional customer service experience with the last 3 years focused on Administrative and Property Management. She started by learning every role in a Property Management office in California and is now a licensed Property Manager in Anchorage, AK. Jocelyn has managed all types of commercial, residential properties, and now homeowners' associations of condominiums, planned unit developments, and single-family homeowners' associations. She is extremely passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a close-knit community between the homeowners, board members, and Roy Briley Association Managers. After succeeding in her role as a Property Manager, she was promoted as the General Manager for Roy Briley Association Management and continues to grow the business successfully.

Denise Hernandez - Office Manager

Denise is a property manager with 7 years of customer service experience and 3 years working as an administrative assistant. She is bilingual. Born and raised in California Denise now calls Anchorage her home. When she is not working she spends her free time with friends and family. Denise enjoys meeting new people, petting dogs, and the Alaskan outdoors.

Alex Lopez - AP/AR Clerk

Alex is part of the finance department at Roy Briley Association Managers. He has 9 years of professional customer service with 4 years of sales experience, and 3 years in the banking industry. Alex is an effective worker, a great communicator, excellent with managing data, great with receiving and interacting with incoming customers. Alex is ready and excited to help in any way he can. 

Patrick Hammond - Finance Director

Patrick is an experienced company auditor who oversees the financial operations of the company with an eye for detail and care for our customers. In 2012 Roger Helmer, the HOA director for AHFC, asked to meet with Patrick and talk about his approach to creating Association budgets. From that meeting, AHFC changed what they asked to receive from all management companies to more closely align with the budget Patrick created. He truly prides himself in his customer service as well as his timely and accurate accounting work.

Calvin Miller - Property Manager

Calvin has been in Alaska since 1999 by way of the U.S. Army being stationed at our very own Fort Richardson from 1999-2004. He has a background in administrative, property management, and customer service and enjoys assisting customers wherever he can. They say you can hear a smile in a voice and Calvin looks to keep that statement true.
