Roy is a proud member of the ethical group “Real Estate Professionals of Alaska.” Roy is licensed to sell real estate and is licensed in all four insurance categories; Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Roy holds series 6 & 63 securities licenses, which are nationally recognized licenses authorizing the sale and purchase of certain investment products.

Samantha Jedlicki has lived in Alaska for 24 years.  After moving here, through the military in 1994, she and her husband decided to make Anchorage their lifelong home.  She has over 25 years of Management experience in both the Medical and Real Estate fields.  After working in the Property Management and Property Services fields, she has switched her focus to Association Management and so brings a varied and expansive perspective to the field.

Ginger is a Real Estate Licensee and has been managing condo associations and HOAs for 3 years. She has been in Alaska for over 30 years and understands the challenges of being a homeowner here. Ginger brings full management experience and welcomes the opportunity to assist with your HOA or Condo Association needs.

Sterling is a lifelong Alaskan. He enjoys camping and fishing with friends and family. Sterling has worked in the local market as a financial assistant for 17 years. He enjoys meeting new people and working with the public, which makes his primary focus on customer service.

Accounting Assistant

Veronica has been an Alaskan resident since 1984. Customer Service is her top priority. With over 28 years of office management experience, she believes that it all starts with the customer's first experience.  Veronica started her career in customer service with the Anchorage Times Newspaper at a young age, continued her career path with the Anchorage Daily News as a Circulation Billing supervisor until 2005. Veronica left Alaska in 2005 to further her career in Newspapers. In those 10 years, Veronica worked as a traveling consultant for newspapers and helped with the creation of an oil magazine in the Bakken oil field. Veronica loves Alaska and decided to move back home in 2015.

Jennifer has lived in Alaska for 16 years. She has an extensive background in taxes and personal finance. Jennifer specializes in budgets and has been responsible for many associations receiving AHFC and FHA approval. Jennifer enjoys volunteering with the PTA and camping with her children.

Director of Finance

Devon is a lifelong Alaskan and licensed real estate agent. He completed his Freshman year of Computer Engineering Technology at UAF before deciding to return to Anchorage. He worked for Safeway as a cashier and seafood department closer and as a deli clerk at Fred Meyer before joining Roy Briley's Association Managers. At 21, he looks forward to beginning and building his career. He loves to go on camping trips with his friends, solving difficult problems and Mexican food.
