Owner and Founder
Roy is a proud member of the ethical group “Real Estate Professionals of Alaska.” Roy is licensed to sell real estate and is licensed in all four insurance categories; Property, Casualty, Life, and Health. Roy holds series 6 & 63 securities licenses, which are nationally recognized licenses authorizing the sale and purchase of certain investment products.
Michelle Scott -General Manager
General Manager for Roy Briley Association Management and continues to grow the business successfully.
Michelle Scott is a seasoned residential property manager with over 30 years experience. Her career started in a family-owned Property Management in Anchorage Alaska in 1996 and continued to Colorado in 2013 before returning to Anchorage in 2023. She has managed portfolios ranging in size from single family homes to over 3200 military housing units. She specialized in Residential Property Management, Military Privatization Housing, and low income LIHTC properties and now HOA Community Associations. Michelle is a problem solver, a people person, a mentor and a mom. She has volunteered with the Special Olympics, enjoys the outdoors and is an extreme couponer.
Joy Nilsson-Green - Association Manager
Joy is a lifelong Alaskan born and raised in the Bethel area. She began working for Roy Briley in 2022, after transitioning from many years spent in the healthcare management industry. Often complimented for her upbeat personality, she takes pride in her approach to customer-oriented service. When not at work, she is generally found spending time with family, reading, or working on projects around the house. In the summer months she enjoys spending time outside fishing, working on yard projects, camping, and foraging.
Alicia Rose - Associaton Manager
Alycia is an Association Manager with 7 years of customer service experience and 4 years working in the Veterinary Field. Alycia is a go-getter and problem solver. When she is not working she spends her free time with her dog Mazikeen going on hikes, or reading books. Alycia's favorite food is Sushi.
Patrick Hammond - Finance Director
Patrick is an experienced company auditor who oversees the financial operations of the company with an eye for detail and care for our customers. In 2012 Roger Helmer, the HOA director for AHFC, asked to meet with Patrick and talk about his approach to creating Association budgets. From that meeting, AHFC changed what they asked to receive from all management companies to more closely align with the budget Patrick created. He truly prides himself in his customer service as well as his timely and accurate accounting work.
Madison Meyer- Association Manager
Madison was born and raised in Alaska, having spent the last few years in Arizona gaining experience in business management. She has 10 years of experience in customer service, 8 of which were spent in management roles. Her ability to problem solve and positive attitude helps her excel in her role as an Association Manager. In her free time, you can find her at concerts, hiking, skiing, or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.
